NON-UNION We are hiring a Paving Operator who has at least 5 years of experience operating a paver.
Anderson Striping is a fast growing, exciting small business committed to a very high standard of excellence in everything we do.

Training, including quarterly paid inservice days and winter season training programs to sharpen your skills Career advancement - In house level system with opportunity for $3.
00 per hour raises twice a year.
Yearly reviews with 1-5 year goals set by employees to move up towards foremanship/project management/estimating if so desired and motivated Leadership opportunities:
Foremanship/Right hand advancement, safety committee membership Benefits, including medical/dental, IRA with 3% company match, sick leave, company sponsored life insurance, week paid vacation, flexible scheduling when possible Year-round work Opportunity for bonuses based on company profitability Opportunity for 1-2 week traveling with paid travel, hotels and a per diem bonus.
