Responsibilities General Front Desk Receptionist duties:
Perform check in and check out process.
Answer phone calls.
Make reservations over the phone and in person.
Review all incoming reservations and front desk notes for any special requests regarding guests or rooms.
Keep track of room inventory.
Knowledge of all hotel policies (e.
g.
pet policy, housekeeping policy, etc).
Perform night audit.
Light housekeeping - frequenting sanitizing common areas in lobby.
Preparing coffee station.
Restocking supplies.
Requirements Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
One year of hotel experience (Preferred, but not required).
